Born 1964 in Helsinki, lives in Parainen/Helsinki.

Katarina Reuter makes small oil-and-tempera paintings in which she mingles together the traditional basic concepts of painting.

The core theme of the paintings is the landscape - trees, water, clouds and light. Through the archetypal image of nature we see signs of humanity, but now and then the accent is placed on Japanese references to the natural elements.
